MIDWIFERY PRACTICE:

Use holistic, evidence based practices for the care of mothers and babies from pregnancy until one year of birth.

Casa Compasiva Statement of Faith:

We stand on the Bible as the divinely inspired, inerrant and authoritative Word of God.

We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

We proclaim that a Christian is a person who has come into the salvation and Lordship of Jesus Christ.

We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ , who is the Son of God, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died a vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, bodily rose from the dead, ascended to the right hand of the Father, and will personally return in power and glory.

We rely on the convicting, guiding, empowering, equipping, indwelling presence and work of the Holy Spirit to bring us into a holy life, a ministry within the church, and a witness to the world.

We believe that all people are born sinners and must turn to Christ in saving faith and repentance for

salvation.

We believe in the resurrection of both those who believe in Jesus and those who do not believe: those believing to eternal life with Christ and those unbelieving to eternal punishment in hell.

We see the church as the assembly, the community and the fellowship of all Christians united in Christ.
